Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the ab·say·hi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of the Platform

ab·say·hi is intended for creating and managing event invitations for lawful, personal or professional events. You must not use the platform to distribute spam, harass other users, or host events that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you create — event descriptions, images, and guest data. By uploading content you grant ab·say·hi a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and process that content solely to provide the service. Our interface, codebase, and branding remain the exclusive property of ab·say·hi.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for lost data, missed RSVPs, or other indirect damages arising from service disruptions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
