We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, build an event, or invite guests — including your name, email address, and event details. We also collect limited technical data such as browser type and usage patterns to improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the ab·say·hi platform: delivering personalised invitation links to your guests, processing RSVPs in real time, and sending you important account notifications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Event and guest data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may delete an event or your account at any time, and all associated personal data will be removed within 30 days. Backup copies are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.

Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Analytics, if enabled, are anonymised and aggregated — no individual users are identified.
