Creating Your First Event
After signing up, click "Create Event" from your dashboard and follow the 5-step Invitation Builder. You can set your event type, date, venue, and personalise the visual template at any stage. Your progress is saved automatically so you can come back and finish later.
Managing Your Guest List
Add guests one by one or in bulk from the Guests tab inside your event. Each guest is given a unique invite link — just copy it and share it however you prefer (WhatsApp, email, printed card). Guests do not need an account to RSVP.
Tracking RSVPs in Real Time
Your dashboard updates live as guests respond — no refresh needed. You can see confirmed, declined, and pending counts at a glance. Clicking any guest shows their dietary notes, plus-one status, and any personal message they included.
Setting Up a Gift Table
From the Marketplace tab, you can add gift suggestions for your guests. Each item can have a title, image, price, and an external purchase link. Guests can reserve items via your invite page, preventing duplicate gifts. Stripe and bank transfer checkout options are supported.
